Initiative
The purpose of this Initiative is to create a dynamic community of
scientist and engineers involved in the food sciences and processing
technologies of food products derived from aquatic species.
Operating under the auspices of the Food and Agriculture
Organization (FAO) and the International Association of Fish
Inspectors (IAFI), FishPort is designed to assist and support
scientists and technical experts working within the fields of
aquatic food product safety, quality and processing technologies.
