Uganda: KCC to sensitise women on urban farming

Kampala City Council has budgeted for Shs7 million to sensitise women and the youth on urban farming. The Secretary for Social Improvement, Ms Winnie Makumbi, said KCC would encourage fish farming and sensitise communities near landing sites on proper fishing and marketing.
