About your Inbox
After login, click on the My oneFish link that appears below your login name and you will be taken to your oneFish Inbox.
The oneFish Inbox is where Members receive postings about Knowledge Objects or Topics they own or have suggested. These postings are for information only and can be removed by checking the adjacent box and clicking on the submit button.
For Topic Editors, the Inbox is where they receive postings about Knowledge Objects or Subtopics that have been submitted to a Topic they edit, and which require a decision, e.g. accept, reject or forward to another topic.

RELATING/LINKING
TWO TOPICS

a notice will be posted in your oneFish Recent Activity screen informing you that your topic has been linked to another topic.
SUSPECT
URL / WEB ADDRESS
Periodically all of the URLs / Web Addresses in oneFish are checked for
validity. If a URL does not link a notice will be posted to the Inbox
of the Editor of the Topic that the KO with the invalid URL is linked
to, e.g.

knowledge screen for this topic.
As
a Topic Editor you must look at the KO and check suspect URL and decide what
action to take, e.g.
From
the KO Info Screen check that the URL in the KO is still not working.
Try linking to it by clicking on the URL, and by cutting and pasting
it into the browser address bar.
If the
URL is correct, but is just not working from oneFish, then report this
to the Chief Editor.
If the
URL is no longer valid and you want to keep the KO in your topic then
you must search the Internet and try to find the correct/new URL, and
edit the KO.
If the
URL is no longer valid, and you do not want to keep the KO in your topic,
then Delete the KO.
Check
the radio button
in your Inbox to remove the posting.
Please
note that if you go into the Edit screen of a KO and the URL is still
invalid you will not be able to submit the KO, but rather only use
the Previous (Cancel) button to escape the Edit screen.
